These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and d999 ("d999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at d999.biz, including all games, betting markets, cashier facilities, promotional programmes and any other services offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing d999.biz, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.1 Minimum Age. The Services are available exclusively to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering an account with d999, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. d999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

2.2 Age Verification. d999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when an internal review flags a potential age concern. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC/NICOP), passport, or driving licence. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed within the requested timeframe will be suspended, and any balance held pending resolution may be returned to the verified payment method on record.

2.3 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of d999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. d999 does not make any representation that the Services are legal or appropriate in any specific location within Pakistan or otherwise. Players must satisfy themselves that accessing online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to them before registering or depositing.

2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors and their immediate family members of d999 and its affiliated companies are prohibited from using the Services.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on d999. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all accounts associated with that individual. Any balances held in secondary or duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. d999 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. You must notify d999 promptly of any changes to your registered details.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. d999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify d999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. d999 staff will never ask you for your password.

3.4 Account Closure. d999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) the account holder is in breach of these Terms; (c) the account holder is found to be under the age of 18; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it.

4.1 Accepted Methods. d999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), USDT TRC20, Skrill and Neteller. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the point of transaction.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 500. Bank transfer deposits carry a minimum of Rs 2,000. Individual payment methods may carry maximum per-transaction limits; refer to the Cashier section of your account for current figures. d999 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with notice posted on the Platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where operationally possible. d999 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Crypto withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

4.4 Verification Requirements. d999 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") documents before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in withdrawal requests being declined or held pending verification.

4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits and withdrawals must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. d999 will not process transactions from or to accounts held in third-party names. Any deposit received from an unverified third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended.

5.1 Placing Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by d999, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player. d999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds or game parameters; technical failures affecting the integrity of the outcome; or evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or system exploitation.

5.2 Game Integrity. All casino games on d999, including slots, live dealer games and RNG table games, use certified Random Number Generator technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slots are available within the individual game information panels. d999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.3 Sports Betting. Cricket betting, including PSL markets, international fixtures and other sports markets, is governed by d999's specific Sports Betting Rules published in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between those rules and these Terms, the Sport Betting Rules shall prevail for betting-specific matters.

5.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market. d999 may impose additional individual account limits at its discretion.

6.1 Bonus Terms. All promotional offers and bonuses issued by d999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer. Where bonus-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.

6.3 Abuse. d999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonuses where it reasonably determines that a Player has exploited a promotional offer in bad faith, registered multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or otherwise engaged in bonus abuse. Such conduct may also result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on d999 and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated betting strategies designed to defraud d999;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering or fraud;
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches or pricing anomalies;
• Sharing account access or credentials with any third party;
• Engaging in any conduct that d999 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing or disruptive.

8.1 Commitment. d999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within every registered account's settings panel.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from d999 may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the Player must not attempt to open new accounts or circumvent the exclusion in any manner.

8.3 Under-Age Protection. Players with minors in their household are advised to implement appropriate parental controls on devices used to access d999 and to keep their login credentials confidential at all times.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any d999 content without prior written authorisation from d999.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d999 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Services; or (c) any technical failures, interruptions or delays outside d999's reasonable control.

10.2 d999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by d999's proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

d999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. d999 uses your data for account administration, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance and, where consent has been given, marketing communications.

d999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, d999 will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Services and request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through d999's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The internal complaints process is initiated by contacting d999 customer support in writing with a clear description of the dispute. d999 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days.
